What It Does

Drivers perform inspections before and after every trip using a mobile device. Capture photos of all vehicle sides, annotate damage directly on the images, complete a detailed checklist, and submit the report in seconds. Fleet managers review, track, and act on every inspection from the web admin panel.

Detailed checklist per report — lights, tyres, brakes, body, odometer, fluids. Defect recording with severity classification.

Fleet Management

Vehicle profiles (VIN, make, model, reg), driver profiles (licence, ID, contact), odometer tracking, and vehicle type classification.

Multi-Tenant Architecture

Supports multiple organisations with fully isolated data. Each fleet owner manages their own vehicles, drivers, and inspection records.

REST API + Web Admin

Full backend API for mobile communication. Web admin panel with dashboard, inspection management, user roles, and support ticketing.

What We're Upgrading

The system was delivered as a production application. We're modernising both the tech stack and adding an AI intelligence layer to make it smarter.

AI Damage Detection

On-device computer vision model that automatically detects scratches, dents, and cracks from inspection photos — flagging them for the inspector to confirm or dismiss. Reduces human error and speeds up inspections.

Predictive Maintenance

Machine learning model that learns from inspection trends to predict when tyres, brakes, and components will need replacement — turning inspection data into actionable fleet maintenance schedules.
