Although our development process varies from a project to a project, the general golden rule is that we spend at least 30% of the project on planning (need analysis and definitions), and another 30% is focused on Testing and optimization. This is to insure that we understand you business process and build a software  that serves the business interests properly. From our experience systems that are NOT designed properly can NOT be fixed by coding.

Software development is more of a relationship than a transaction. All good systems they are good because they have excellent support system around them. We offer unconditional support for all our designs and products including free OS related upgrades and preventive maintenance. 

Generally speaking custom applications (be it desktop app or server application) are relatively robust and faster. They can access host machine directly without any security complications and assign resources generously to the different tasks.

Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software are developed with most common utility in mind. Unfortunately, what we do and how we run our business is not really common to everyone. 

Custom build systems are unique and can offer a very good security and privacy if done properly as configuration and design flow is not publicly accessible; that already adds an extra layer of security.
